2. Eligibility & Account
Who Can Use This Service?

- ✅ Or have parental/guardian consent if 13-17
- ✅ You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- ❌ Upload photos of other people without consent
- ❌ Reverse-engineer or hack the app
- ❌ Use the app for illegal purposes
- ❌ Harass or threaten other users
- ❌ Attempt to gain unauthorized access
4. Your Scan Data & Privacy
What You Own
You retain full ownership of all photos and data you upload:
- You own your scalp photos
- You control whether data stays on your phone
- You can delete data anytime
5. Limitation of Liability
We Are NOT Liable For:
- Medical outcomes - results of any hair transplant procedure
- Estimate inaccuracy - differences between AI estimate and actual needs
- Surgeon performance - quality of surgery at any clinic
- Financial loss - money spent on surgery or travel
- Service interruptions - app crashes or downtime
Maximum Liability
Even if we're found liable, our maximum liability is:
- Refund of fees paid (if any), or
- £100 (whichever is lower)
6. No Medical Warranty
WE MAKE NO MEDICAL CLAIMS OR WARRANTIES:
GraftScanner does NOT diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Hair transplant results vary widely and are not guaranteed. Always consult a qualified surgeon.
7. Payment & Refunds
- Payments: Handled by payment processors (Stripe, Apple, Google)
- We do NOT: Store your card details
- Refund period: 14 days (per UK Consumer Rights Act)
