Q: The app won’t open or crashes
Solution: Try restarting your device, updating to the latest iOS version, and reinstalling the app.
Q: Photo quality is poor / “Please take clearer photos”
Solution: Ensure lighting is good, use natural daylight, hold device steady, and follow in-app guidelines for angle and distance.
Q: I don’t trust the result / it seems wrong
Solution: Always consult a professional surgeon for a second opinion. Our app is a tool, not a medical diagnosis.
Q: Where is my data / Can I export results?
Solution: Results are stored only on your device. Use the app’s built-in PDF export feature to save and share reports.
Q: Is my data private?
Solution: Yes! All analysis happens on-device. Photos never leave your phone. See our Privacy Policy for details.
