How to Delete Your Account & Data

Note: GraftScanner does not require account creation. Your data is stored only on your device.

Delete Data from Your Device

Option 1: Delete the App

1. Long-press the GraftScanner app on your home screen
2. Tap “Remove App” or “Delete App”
3. Confirm deletion
4. All local data and photos are deleted from your device

Option 2: Clear App Data (Keep the App)

1. Go to Settings → Apps → GraftScanner
2. Tap “Storage” or “Clear Cache”
3. Tap “Clear All Data”
4. All local analysis results and cache are deleted

Delete Anonymized Analytics

GraftScanner collects anonymized analytics via Firebase. To opt out:

1. Open GraftScanner
2. Go to Settings → Privacy
3. Toggle “Analytics” to OFF

Request Data Deletion from Our Servers

Since we don’t store your photos or personal data on our servers, there is no remote account to delete. However, if you have questions or want confirmation, email:

privacy@graftscanner.com

We will respond within 30 days confirming that no personal data is associated with you.

GDPR Right to Erasure

EU residents: You have the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”). Contact privacy@graftscanner.com with “Data Deletion Request” in the subject. We will confirm within 30 days.
