Data Deletion Request Form

Submit a formal request to delete your data from GraftScanner systems.

How It Works

GraftScanner does not store user photos or personal data on our servers. All analysis happens on your device. However, we collect anonymized analytics data via Firebase.

What Gets Deleted

• ✅ Anonymized analytics associated with your device
• ✅ Firebase Analytics data
• ✅ Any support tickets or correspondence

What Doesn’t Need Deletion

• ✓ Your photos are never stored by us (on-device analysis only)
• ✓ No user accounts exist (no account data to delete)

Submit a Request

Email the following to privacy@graftscanner.com with subject line “Data Deletion Request”:

1. Your device type (iPhone, Android)
2. Approximate dates you used the app
3. App version (found in Settings)
4. Reason for deletion request (optional)

Timeline

Processing Time: 30 days

Confirmation: We will email you confirming deletion is complete

GDPR & Privacy Act Rights

If you are a resident of the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you have the right to request erasure of your data. We comply with GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure).
