A: GraftScanner has 95%+ accuracy when compared to clinical assessments. We trained our models on 10,000+ real clinical images. However, it is not a substitute for a professional surgeon’s evaluation.
Q: Is GraftScanner a medical diagnosis?
A: No. GraftScanner is an educational tool for estimation purposes only. Always consult a licensed dermatologist or hair transplant surgeon before making treatment decisions.
Q: Can I use this instead of seeing a surgeon?
A: No. GraftScanner provides pre-consultation insights. Professional evaluation is essential before any procedure.

Q: Where does my data go?
A: All analysis happens on your device. Your photos never leave your phone and are never stored on our servers.
Q: Do you sell my data?
A: No. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Q: Can I delete my data?
A: Yes. Delete the app or go to Settings → Clear App Data. See our Delete Account page for steps.
Using the App
Q: What photos should I take?
A: Take 4 clear photos: frontal view, left temple, right temple, and crown. Use natural light and follow in-app guidance.
Q: Why was my result flagged?
A: Unusual patterns or unclear photos may trigger manual review. This is a safety feature to ensure accuracy.
Q: Can I export or share my results?
A: Yes. Use the built-in PDF export to save and share your report with surgeons.

A: GraftScanner is completely free. No sign-up or in-app purchases required.
Q: Is the pricing information accurate?
